BlockPropAI is a product of Omnitech Inc. (“BlockPropAI,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through blockpropai.com and the BlockPropAI application, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, and anything you write when you request a demo or join the waitlist.
- Account and property information. When you use the application: your account details, and the properties, units, leases, tenants, rent charges, payments, expenses, and documents you or your landlord enter or upload.
- Payment information. Rent payments and payouts are processed by our payment processor. Bank account and card numbers are entered directly with the processor; we do not store them. We receive limited details such as the last four digits and payment status.
- Usage information. Pages viewed, buttons clicked, browser and device type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve BlockPropAI, including AI features that read and organize the documents you provide.
- To process rent payments and payouts, and to keep accurate records.
- To respond to demo requests and communicate with you about the service.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To protect the security of the service and comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run BlockPropAI, under agreements that limit their use of it: cloud hosting and storage, payment processing, sign-in and authentication, email delivery, website analytics, and AI model providers that process documents on our behalf. Within the application, information is shared between the people on a lease as the service requires — for example, a tenant sees their own lease, documents, and payment history, and their landlord sees the payments made. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Data security and retention
Information is encrypted in transit, and each customer’s data is kept separate from other customers’ at the database level. We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting obligations; payment records are retained as financial records.
Your choices
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us, subject to records we must keep.
- You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
Children
BlockPropAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
